Tropical Crema Mexicana is a true Mexican-style sour cream with a smooth texture and a slightly tangy taste. It’s milder, sweeter, and less thick than American sour cream; closer to the French crème fraiche. 

The crema goes perfectly to complement spicy, salty and sweet plates. Use it as a topping for sopes, tostadas, flautas, fried tacos, enchiladas, and quesadillas. It can also be used for dips and salad dressings, and to help thicken sauces. To complete a refreshing dessert, just add a bit of sugar to the crema and top it on your fruit plate of strawberries or bananas.
